I'm AJ. I spent 13+ years in top-tier Big-4 consulting — advising governments and major corporates on large-scale infrastructure programs and complex system implementations, across Sydney, Melbourne and New York. Most recently I became the innovation lead charged with building the next generation of AI apps at my firm and rolling it out to empower our staff with AI. I have embedded all of my knowledge and skills into the AJ design automations engagement methodology which I have used to successfully identify and eliminate my clients' pain points in their businesses. These pain points are then replaced with powerful, targeted AI enabled solutions.

The philosophy is simple: short, fixed-price builds — usually one to six weeks — with an eval suite on every workflow so I can prove it works, and recurring management and staying connected with the solution to ensure precision and performance is maintained and the systems benefit as the frontier AI tools rising tide comes in.
